University of Lucknow, established in 1920, is one of India's premier state universities and the oldest in Uttar Pradesh. The 250-acre colonial-era campus in Lucknow's Hazratganj area is a heritage landmark. Offering BA/BSc/BCom, LLB, MA/MSc/MBA, and PhD across 150+ affiliated colleges and 34 direct departments, the university is especially renowned for its Faculty of Law, Faculty of Fine Arts, and Department of Political Science.
