The production is a 2.5-hour theatrical spectacle designed by Stufish Entertainment Architects — the firm behind Rolling Stones, U2, and Madonna tours. The stage is a 360-degree circular structure surrounded by LED columns and an overhead video ring, requiring 200 trucks and 500 crew per city. The setlist spans Beyoncé's entire catalogue through the lens of Cowboy Carter, reframing tracks from Dangerously in Love, Lemonade, and Renaissance as part of a continuous American musical lineage. Guest collaborations vary by region: Dolly Parton joined for Nashville dates, Post Malone for Houston, and Lizzo for select US cities. Each leg of the tour featured local artists on the opening slot — a deliberate act of platform-sharing by Beyoncé. The tour grossed over $2.5 billion globally, making it the highest-grossing concert tour in history.
